About UtterWin

UtterWin is made up of two words:
- utter (adj), and which means complete, absolute.
- win (noun); to win (verb) means to be successful or victorious in (a contest or conflict).

The main idea is that anyone who starts taking action towards switching to a healthy lifestyle, is definitely on his/her way to achieve an utter win.

It's no secret that the modern lifestyle in western countries or elsewhere led to multiple health issues that used to be rare until last century.

If you just look at the official statistics, you'll be astonished when you read that more than 70 percent of all Americans are either overweight or obese for instance.

There are nutritionists and fitness coaches who are currently working to raise awereness and help people change their habits and become healthier.

UtterWin aims to contribute to the work that's being done, and create content that helps improve lives.

The transition process normally has to do with diet and daily exercise.

Since diet should be given 80% of our time and efforts, compared to workout, we'll be posting articles about healthy food, recipes, superfoods, etc.

We create quizzes and contests that are related to the topics of this blog because this makes the learning process more fun and engaging.
Readers normally like quizzes and share them with their friends and family members.
